Electric Autonomy is proud to present EV & Charging Expo 2023, a two-day trade show and conference in Toronto on May 17-18. The event will bring together industry and customers in one of North America’s largest zero-emission commercial vehicle marketplace forums.

With over 50 exhibitors, dozens of speakers and over 2,000 attendees expected, the EV & Charging Expo 2023 will be a premier event for fleet operators, building owners and municipal planners looking to adopt zero emission vehicles and ZEV infrastructure into their operations.

“Electric vehicles will transform not only our roadways but also our commercial real estate sector, delivery companies, service fleets, retailers, municipalities and more. Almost every sector will be impacted by this transition. Our aim with the EV & Charging Expo is to help our business sector and communities become EV Ready,” says Nino Di Cara, founder and president of Electric Autonomy.

“This first-of-its-kind business-focussed tradeshow and conference will offer high-quality educational programming where we share best practices for electrifying fleets and installing charging, ride and drives to experience commercially suitable electric vans, sedans, trucks, mini buses and more, and one-on-one contact with vendors and suppliers who can support organizations along their EV roadmap.”

Much-needed forum

The momentum behind the transition to electric vehicles in all fleet sectors presents many opportunities and challenges. Successful deployment depends on commercial operators, charging and systems technology providers, and municipal and utility planners working together.

The EV & Charging Expo 2023 is a forum to make that happen. The entire two-day event is centred around hands-on interaction, education, information-sharing and relationship building. These connective activities will help fill knowledge gaps and ease the transition to zero-emission transportation.

“Time and again we hear from companies looking to transition their fleets that they don’t know where to begin. It’s a really frustrating point to be at for these organizations who are actively planning and implementing the change to EVs, but need access to knowledge and quality vendors and consultants who can help enable them,” says Di Cara.

Exhibitors and experts

EV & Charging Expo 2023 attendees will find an exhibitor floor filled with vendors and systems integrators. The booths will feature the latest solutions in vehicles, charging hardware and software, vehicle leasing, telematics and more.

A robust conference program provides further opportunities for networking and learning. The sessions feature leading experts and early adopters. Each will share their experiences and insights in making the move towards a carbon-free transportation sector.

Case studies and data on fleet electrification will be presented. Modules on transitioning government fleets, installing charging in workplaces and multi-unit residential buildings and securing connected vehicles will feature across the two days.

Attendees will also be able to take a selection of commercial EVs for on-road test drives.

Early sponsors and exhibitors confirmed at the event include ABB, SWTCH, Siemens, Uber, BMO Radicle, Signature Electric, Petro-Canada, Black and McDonald, Foss National Leasing, Kempower, Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors, Element Fleet and numerous others.
