Badge Scanning at In-Person Events:

  • When you allow an exhibitor or sponsor to scan your event badge, your contact information (name, job title, organization name, email address) is shared with that specific exhibitor or sponsor for follow-up purposes. After the scan, the exhibitor or sponsor is responsible for their own use of your information, which will be governed by their own privacy policy.

Media Sales Agency:
