Lucid is bringing two new battery-electric SUVs to Canada: the Gravity Touring and the more plush Grand Touring. The vehicles start at $113,500 and $134,500, respectively.
The American automaker’s announcement of its Canadian pricing comes as Lucid previews Gravity Touring at the 2025 Montreal Auto Show, which runs from January 17-26.
“The anticipation in Canada for Lucid Gravity’s unprecedented combination of versatility, performance, design, and all-around capability has been extraordinary,” said Peter Rawlinson, CEO at Lucid.
“This revolutionary vehicle is uniquely enabled through our technology and is perfectly suited to the demands of the Canadian market.”
Lucid estimates the Gravity Touring offers around 720 km of range on a single charge from a 123-kW battery pack. The automaker states on its website that range will vary with the trim level.
The vehicle, which is available in either 5- or 7-seat configuration, boasts 3,400 litres of cargo space with both the middle and rear seats able to fully fold down.
At a 350-kWh DC fast charger, the vehicle is able to get up to 320 km on a 15-minute charge.
In the category of extra frills, along with many of the standard tech features expected in a high-end vehicle, Lucid Gravity also features a panoramic instrument panel and a large vertical centre stack screen, and is available with massaging front seats.
More practically, the vehicle is able to tow up to 2,700 kg.
Lucid Gravity Grand Touring and Lucid Gravity Touring will be available in Canada this year.
The former will be available “soon” says the automaker, while the Touring trim level will arrive towards the back half of 2025.
