Selected 2018 National EV survey Results and Comparision with 2015


As presented at the McMaster Institute for Transportation & Logistics' 2018 symposium Insights on Canada’s Transition to Electric Mobility.
This presentation provides insights from two large national surveys, in 2015 and 2018, with EV owners in Canada. It explains changes in attitudes observed over time, the vehicle choice experiment conducted in the 2018 survey, findings on charging habits, and results on barriers, incentives, and urgency.
