Clean Energy Canada has released its medium- and heavy-duty vehicle (MHDV) catalogue today at Electric Autonomy‘s EV & Charging Expo.

The model availability document showcases over 150 different zero-emission buses and trucks currently being sold in Canada by 34 OEMs. Each model comes with high-level pricing guidelines, but prices will vary depending on vehicle customizations.

The catalogue also includes federal and provincial rebate information for commercial vehicles and chargers.

Fleet operators from coast-to-coast-to-coast eager to see all the vehicles now available to start their zero-emission transition will find Clean Energy Canada’s MHDV catalogue on the CEC website as well as Electric Autonomy‘s EV Fleets Pro platform.

Securing electric MHDVs

Some of the speciality classes included in the catalogue include electric cargo vans, shuttles, buses, step vans, school buses, transit buses and yard tractors.

Many of them are available to view and test drive at the 2024 EV & Charging Expo.

These include:

  • A UPS truck from electric-first OEM Xos;
  • The Chevrolet Silverado EV;
  • A Ford F-150 Lightning;
  • A Zevo 400 from BrightDrop;
  • An electric ice resurfacer;
  • A Mercedes eSprinter;
  • A Lion6 truck;
  • A Ford eTransit, and more.

While the vehicles in the catalogue are available in Canada, Clean Energy Canada cautions that in some cases fleets have waited between six weeks up to 36 months to receive their orders.

As well as hosting the Clean Energy Canada MHDV catalogue, Electric Autonomy‘s EV Fleets Pro platform is a learning hub offers a holistic suite of free, online resources to fleet operators and managers looking for education and information about transitioning to zero-emission vehicles.
